This U.S. aligned, multi-phase, energy and power development initiative will change the way billions of people live, leading to a mass increase in GDP, reducing aid burden and increasing purchasing power. These regions will experience a modern, futureproofed, energy network that will secure energy access in low-medium income countries, beginning in West Africa via Sierra Leone. It serves as a platform to advance U.S. exports, embed American commercial leadership in a critical growth corridor, and extend strategic influence through sustainable trade routes.
